engagement

Our Creative Engagement work is embedded into everything we do. We believe that the best way to maintain and grow an audience is to be actively and creatively engaged with them.

But why is it important? Engagement with cultural and creative activity has a range of benefits for our physical and mental health and wellbeing, including enjoyment, fulfilment and personal reflection. As such it contributes to community engagement and belonging, can help reduce loneliness and contributes to inter-cultural understanding. Audiences crave connection with art and people.

Creative engagement is like a treasure trove of learning opportunities, for audiences and for organisations. It's like planting seeds of creativity and personal growth. When arts and cultural organisations encourage creativity, they create ripple effects that impacts societies and communities and contributes to the growth of culture, and economy. It's like a win-win for everyone!

Community Tours

Community touring is designed to bring people and communities together; celebrating the beauty and diversity of our communities. Our performances engage with members of the public, creating an interactive and immersive experience that will leave a lasting impact. Audiences will have the opportunity to participate in fun and uplifting activities, and take home a unique piece of art that represents your own moment of belonging.

Why come to us... because we have ready-made live experiences good-to-go at a moments notice and we are experts at connecting with local communities and organising small scale tours.

Workshops and Community Learning

Drama workshops in community settings offer individuals the opportunity to explore and develop their creative skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Taking place in community centers, schools, libraries, or other public spaces which feel safe and familiar for participants are vital elements to increased engagement.

In our workshops, participants have the opportunity to learn new techniques, try new mediums, and express themselves creatively. They can also collaborate with others and engage in a variety of hands-on activities from audio-immersive storytelling to movement practice.

The benefits of arts workshops in community settings are numerous. They provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop new skills. They bring people together and foster a sense of community, promoting social and cultural exchange.
